Do you remember when...?

Do you remember when blogging was

kind of a big deal?

Do you remember when we poured our souls into keyboards,

and connected like our own mini worldwide web?

We were a microcosm of art and beauty and sex and rock n' roll.

We were raw and joyful and angry and loud.

But

then

we all grew up.

We got too busy to

get busy, wink-wink,

and worked too hard 

to work it hard, nudge-nudge.

But it's time for another round.

Past time, maybe.

Time to dig in and shove the Self out into the public sphere again.
